Qualification / Experience	Running adventure tour operator business since 1990. Created and marketed new destinations like Chin Hills and the Himalayas as trekking destinations. Trekking experience in Nepal Solocumbu (Mt. Everest region), Annapurna Circuit and in the Alps region in and around Austria and Switzerland. Well-travelled within Myanmar especially in Chin, Naga and Himalaya region including trekking climbing and hard core expeditions. Created Adventure Park in Kalaw in 2022. Activities include Zip Line, Sky Bridge, Jacob/Abseil, High Rope and Adventure Swings, which are first of it kind in Myanmar.
Volunteer Activities	Volunteer in teaching in the guide training schools of subject “guiding in the adventure tourism field”. Participating in the travel industry seminars, workshops especially in the field of Ecotourism, Responsible and Sustainable tourism. Completed ToT program offered by ICIMOD and committed to carry on providing training of “Community Based Ecotourism” Private Sector Coordinator in Sport and Adventure Tourism. Main responsible include drafting SOP for adventure activities such as Rafting, Mountaineering, Zip Line, Bungy Jumping, High Rope, Canyoning and Paragliding for Ministry of Hotel Tourism.
CSR Activities	Through Kalaw Hill lodge: Safeguarding pine forests near Kalaw in collaboration with Forest Department by employing rangers. Planting pine trees respectively every year since 2015 in coloration with Forest department, NGOs and private sectors. Through Journeys Adventure Travel: Created and operated Myaing CBT in partnership with ActionAid Myamar. Through Myanmar Hill Lodges: Created and operated Sin Taung CBT in partnership with UK Aid. Created and operated various community involved program in and around Kalaw which benefit community in terms of social, financial, educational.
