The Website enables anonymous visitors to the Website (“Visitors”) to learn more about us and any event hosted by Myanmar Tourism Marketing (MTM) and Visitors who affirmatively indicate their agreement to abide by this Agreement by means of a click-through consent (where made available) to register for an Event or Events as attendees (“Attendees”).
All applications to participate in Travel Events shall be made electronically via the applicable email address provided by the MTM. Your application or registration is and shall be deemed as an offer by you to participate in the selected Trade Event(s). The MTM reserves the right not to accept any offer or registration without having to provide any reasons or grounds.
The information collected in your application is for event registration, event management, marketing and promotional purposes and will not share with any third parties. You agree that the MTM may use such information from time to time for its marketing, promotional, and for processing and facilitating your registration and participation in the Travel Event.
You acknowledge and agree that where the MTM is the organiser of the Travel Event, the MTM reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or change the date and/or the venue of the Travel Event without notice or liability or compensation to the MTM or you.
Neither you nor the MTM shall be held liable for any delay in the performance or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to Force Majeure Events.
We reserve the right to modify by adding or changing content to this Agreement at any time. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of all such modifications. We will indicate changes to this Agreement have been made by updating the date indicated after “Last Updated On” at the beginning of this Agreement. You agree that your continued use of the Website after a modified version of this Agreement has been posted to the Website shall be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of any modified version of this Agreement.
